Refund Policy

We want you to be confident that plusq fits your workflow. A full-featured trial is available before purchase, and eligible purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Last updated: July 28, 2026

30-day guarantee

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original plusq license purchase. The period begins on the transaction date shown on your Paddle receipt. You do not need to provide a reason, although feedback is appreciated.

Approved refunds return the eligible purchase price to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary.

How to request a refund

Email us from the address used to purchase the license and include the Paddle transaction or receipt number. Do not send card numbers or bank details.

Paddle is the merchant of record and processes approved refunds. We may direct you to Paddle support or ask for information needed to locate the transaction.

Taxes, receipts, and other sellers

Paddle calculates and collects applicable taxes as merchant of record. Requests to correct billing details, add a tax identifier, or address tax shown on a receipt may need to be handled by Paddle and remain subject to applicable tax rules.

If a plusq license is ever purchased through another authorized seller, request the refund from that seller under the terms shown at that checkout.

Limits and license status

The guarantee does not cover purchases outside the 30-day period, duplicate refund requests, fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, or services and taxes that cannot legally be refunded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

When a refund is completed, the associated plusq license and device activations are disabled. Back up any local workspace files you want to keep before removing the app.

Renewals and exceptional issues

Future update renewals or subscriptions, if offered, will show their own billing and cancellation terms at checkout. Contact us promptly if you believe a renewal was charged in error.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory refund, cancellation, or warranty rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
