- Additional costs
- No shipping charge applies because plusq is delivered digitally. Customers are responsible for internet access, telecommunications charges, and any fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
- Payment methods
- Payment methods presented by Paddle at checkout, which may vary by country, currency, and device.
- Payment timing
- Payment is due when the order is completed. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes the payment.
- Delivery
- After successful payment, a license key is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Delivery normally occurs within a few minutes, but may be delayed by email or service conditions.
- System requirements
- macOS 13 Ventura or later; Apple Silicon or Intel Mac; approximately 250 MB of available disk space; internet access for purchase, download, activation, and periodic license validation.
- Returns and refunds
- Eligible original plusq license purchases may be refunded within 30 calendar days of the transaction date. Once a refund is completed, the license and associated device activations are disabled. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- Order limitations
- One Personal license is for one user and may be activated on up to three Macs. Any campaign period, quantity limit, or other special condition is displayed on the product page or at checkout.
